Registration process

  1. Request to participate

To apply ONLINE follow the step by step instructions here after :

2 – Fill in the 1st page of the”Stand Reservation Form”
3 – Click “Save” : an automatic email with your login and password will be sent to you, along with a link to activate your account. You will be able to connect any time with your login and password.
4 – Fill in all the sections and download the required documents:
· Certificate of registration of your company in its country of origin
· Copy of passport or valid ID of the legal representative of your company
· Document that certifies who is the legal representative of your company(Optional)

  1. Confirmation to exhibit at Expodefensa 2017

Once your request is accepted by our organization, an email confirming your participation at Expodefensa 2017 will be sent to you.

Then a sales manager will contact you for a stand location proposal.

  1. Organization of your participation

With your login and password, you  will be allowed to access your “Exhibitor space” where you will find the Exhibitor manual, etc., any services you may need to take part in the show.
